The Multiethnic Church Roundtable is hosted by Dr. Derwin L. Gray and Transformation Church twice a year. Our most recent Roundtable, in April 2021, was held completely online. Those who attended had access to the content displayed here, plus live worship and prayer, digital roundtable rooms with our staff and other participants, Q&A with our staff, and open Q&A that followed the main teachings.

Breakout Sessions

At the Roundtable you will have the opportunity to participate in breakout sessions with Transformation Church staff members. These are the people who live and breathe the mission and vision of TC as they lead ministry teams on a practical level.

These breakout sessions will include topics such as how to form and disciple servant leader teams, developing a biblical view of immigration, leading a diverse music team, and how to impact and partner with your community. You can take this time to learn, gain new ideas, and ask practical questions.

How many days is the The Multiethnic Church Roundtable?

The roundtable runs for two days, starting 9am Monday and running through Tuesday 5pm.

Is there a fee to attend the Multiethnic Church Roundtable?

• $125 per individual 1-2 people.
• $100 per individual 3-9 people.
• $75 per individual 10 or more people.

Do I need to read the book before attending?

• The answer is, “no.” While there is definite benefit to reading the book beforehand, you’ll be receiving the book as part of your participating in the RT. In addition, a great next step after the Roundtable is reading the book with some key friends, leaders, and/or teammates.

What is the best setting for viewing the roundtable?

• You can have all your registered participants viewing the same device for the Main Teaching Sessions and the Panels. We would suggest no more than 2-3 people on a single device for Roundtable Sessions or Breakouts. It simply becomes hard to hear. We want everyone to have the opportunity to engage in these sessions, and that can become very ineffective if too many people are trying to communicate through one device.

How many Roundtables take place each year?

We host two Roundtables each year: one in the Spring and one in the Fall.

Is this Roundtable for Pastors only?

We want to equip and encourage not only pastors, but their staff, servant leaders and congregation. We believe the Church is the multiethnic family of God, rooted in Christ, living on mission, sharing the transformative gospel of grace in all of life.
